Orders and Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Shipping time is set by our delivery partners, according to the delivery method chosen by you. Additional details can be found in the order confirmation email you’ve received.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: Since we sell customized and unique products, our return policy is typically case by case. You can read more about our Return Policy here.

Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?

A: Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

Q: What shipping options do you have?

A: We use Sendle and Australia Post while also offering local drop off to Melbourne residents

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship Australia automatically and can post worldwide case by case

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: We plan to in the future but currently we do not.

Q: Can I receive a refund?

A: As mentioned above, this varies case by case but we ultimately strive to ensure you end up with what you were after.

Q: About the company

A: Us at customshoes.boutique have just started in 2021 and hope to provide a centralised hub for all sneaker related items bar the shoes. This includes customization, restoration and accessories. Overall, we are not focussed on profits, rather on providing information and a one stop shop for all your needs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, Shop pay and Paypal but if you want us to add another payment method, please contact us.

Q: Where are you located?

We do not currently have a physical address while we start off but we are founded and based in Melbourne.
